I had two leaking skylights that I assumed needed to be replaced. I called PKM contracting and was a great decision. Patrick, the owner, was extremely professional and courteous. He picked up my call right away, and was able to come over that afternoon to give me a quote. (Which was very fair) Even with a very large job replacing the roof of a Burlington coat factory, he took time out of the middle of the day, the day after I called him, to take care of my very small job. He told me I didn't need to replace them and just needed to reseal. Would highly recommend Patrick and his crew.

Our small house was in dire need of a new roof. I got three quotes and while Patrick’s wasn’t the lowest, his was the most comprehensive, thorough and included details others missed. He was responsive and very easy to communicate with. He is probably the nicest person you’ll ever meet. The roof came out great and Patrick was even willing to accommodate us by changing the rubber roof on the bulkhead, which we we didn’t like at first. We later admitted that he was right. 🙂 We will certainly use PKM for future projects!

I recently had my chimney reflashed and tuck-pointed by a different company. As a result I had leaking into my ceiling from water making it’s way down the sides of the chimney. That same company came to ‘redo’ their work. Same result - leaking. I called a dozen contractors to give me an honest look. Patrick responded right away, came by to assess, and gave me an immediate quote. He and his crew did a thorough job and their price was a quarter of what some competitors gave. Fixed my leak and offered other ideas to improve my roof. Great guy. Great company. I will use them again.

PKM is a very good company for contracting. Pat has done work on both my main roof and the flat kitchen roof. He was punctual, professional and got the job done quickly. His quotes were accurate and I was not charged an arm and a leg for the work. Beyond that, he worked around our busy work schedule accommodating my wife and I. He was friendly and easy to work with for our repairs. We will definitely be using them in the future for other projects on our old house.

Patrick put a new roof - asphalt & metal - on my home, and he and his crew were excellent . Patrick has intense attention to detail , and treats both his crew, and his customers , with respect and appreciation . I mention his crew because everyone on his team will work hard and honestly to get a great result. My general contractor has referred him as well to his other job sites. I have more work to do , and PKM will do it for me.
